National REACH Coalition

National REACH Coalition (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) is an independent non-profit organization whose mission is to support community engagement processes in order to improve health, eliminated disparities, and mitigate the impact of racism on health in racial and ethnic communities in the United States. The coalition leads a national network of community-based organizations, whose purpose is to strengthen the quality of health and preventive services in both urban and rural communities. The National REACH Coalition contracts with Southwest Center for Health Innovation (CHI) to manage its back office functions and provide support for the operations of the Board of Directors. CHI also provides in-kind support for operations of the organization.
