The Unified Prevention (UP!) Coalition for Doña Ana County is a collective partnership effort focused on preventing substance use and abuse among youth and young adults in Doña Ana County.

MISSION to ensure that every child in Doña Ana County has the opportunity to live a life free of drugs and alcohol.

VISION is to provide a venue for community collaboration and support prevention efforts from every available community resource.

PURPOSE is to build community collaboration around the efforts to reduce and prevent youth drug and alcohol use and abuse, address factors that increase risks of usage and promote factors that minimize risks of usage

FUNDING SOURCES

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) through the New Mexico Office of Substance Abuse Prevention (NM OSAP), Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino, and New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) Prescription Drug Overdose Prevention, Injury & Behavioral Epidemiology Bureau, Epidemiology and Response Division.
